Escape Room Down the hatch is located at the Populierendreef 966 in Voorburg. Further named as Down the hatch.
Down the Hatch uses the bookingstool Supersaas. To make a reservation, we will need your Name, phone number and emailadress. Supersaas meets the requirements for AVG. All data is viewable by every staffmember from Down the hatch, so they can contact you when there is an issue with the escape room or when you are late.
As we use the Supersaas bookingstool some of the data will also be available for Supersaas. Your data will never be shown to anyone else with the exception of the police when necessary.
During your escape we keep an eye on you via camera. This is for your own safety. All images will only been viewed by the staff of Down the hatch and will never be shared to anyone else, also with the exception of the police or government when necessary.
